I'm unsure what the problem is. It seems like a very simple system and I cannot see any obvious faults. When the panels are plugged in and in full sun there is no input going into the box, I'm quite confident all the plugs are plugged in correctly. When it's plugged into a mains power socket it charges correctly. Perhaps the panels or the cords are faulty? Perhaps I could be mailed replacements?

Great little powerhouse is switches on so quickly my computer is not affected. Great also for charging other gadgets. I love it so much I bought a second one with the solar panel. Works a lot better than other units I have used. Will be saving up for the larger units with the aim of going off grid with my caravan.

The unit works well. I will have to purchase a larger solar panel package to maximize the pwr output. A power usage to a battery charger is draining to the internal battery capacity too fast for the solar charging to keep up with. Larger panels will help with this from what I know.

I bought an R2500 a little while back, and it's awesome, but I wanted something a bit more portable. The Unit 600 is perfect, and I'm really happy with it, along with the 200-watt portable solar panel I got as part of a deal. I travel in my self-made Deliver9 camper, and my power needs are fully taken care of with these two units.I don't have the finesse to handle electrics, so I took a different approach, and it perfectly meets my needs with plenty of power to spare.
