I am happy with this product I have tested it with some of my appliances and working well, the wireless charger on top is an amazing feature of the product. I am also impressed how the seller communicate with me answering my queries. I bought the R600 for my aunt who was needing a power station in the event of an emergency black out. Yes, there are larger and more capable systems out there but for her knowledge and needs this was the perfect size. With the R600 capable of also using a solar panel and other attachments it makes for a well rounded, fully functional, and convenient source of power for both daily and un-forseen disasters. Product DOA. Took months and many email to get a replacement. Also not fit for purpose advertised which was to use a a UPS. Power itself of regularly, even when grid power stable. In not reliable work when there was a blackout. And then after a couple of months, completely failed again. As the product is not fit for the advertised purposes in addition to 2 major failures in a short period of time, I asked for a refund under Australian Consumer Law that I am entitled, and they must provide. But they refused. And refused to answer why they throught they were exampt from ACL. Don't buy this product as it is not reliable and does do what it claims. And don't buy from this company, as they refuse to stand by their obligations under Australian Consumer Law. Despite it being Australia web site and products shipped from Australia, I think it is just a front for overseas operation. Invoice did not have GST or anything on it. And no obvious ABN. DONT BUT RUBBISH FROM THIS RUBBISH COMPANY

ONE STAR - BEWARE! I purchased a 600w Allpowers solar generator including panels in late May 2026. The generator arrived in good order, the panels did not. I sent two emails to sales@allpowers.com one on the 22nd June then again on the 25th after the first was ignored, The company still has not replied to either email. I finally noticed a message on my Temu home page (which I rarely visited) early July where the company claimed they had sent the panels. This was a lie. The own tracking information states that they recalled the parcel the day it was first sent, then over two weeks later resent the parcel, but then again inexplicitly recalled the parcel the next day. As their Sales Department was ignoring me, after five weeks and still no delivery, I contacted them through Temu. The person answering their Temu enquiries was immediately condescending, completely unhelpful, unsympathetic and even sarcastic. They kept insisting the parcel had been sent and sent me a form that if filled in seemed to absolved them of all blame for non delivery, but would resend it again. I pointed out that they still had not sent the parcel in the first place and asked them to simply honour the purchase and send me my panels. Whoever was replying to my enquiries made no effort to help solve this impasse. I asked if they couldn't help, to refer my file up the chain of command to someone who could. They ignored this and kept sending me the same form multiple times without further explanation... They wanted me to admit the parcel had been sent when their own documents show it wasn't. I have been forced to postpone a bucket list round Australia trip waiting for these panels, I am out of pocket because of this. I had had enough and asked that they either send me my panels or return the portion of my purchase that covered them. This request was ignored. I have now asked for a refund four times so I can purchase elsewhere and am still being ignored, it's now mid July and I have not received my panels or a refund or a reasonable explanation for the recalled parcels and non-delivery. UPDATE: They have finally agreed to refund me my money. I cannot recommend this company, their after sales service has been insulting and horrific. Their staff condescending and indifferent. NOT TO BE TRUSTED, AVOID THE PROBLEMS I HAVE FACED AND BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND!!

Im so happy with my 600watt hub. I brought it for our caravan to run the washing machine ...n used it for the first time yesterday..👏👏!! Love ❤️ it !! . I think it used 6%. And fits perfectly under the sink n i used a 2 metre extension cord...which is alot easier then using our big ones ( 1800w + 2400 w- different brands ) n running cords from the car canopy. Hi All powers are good charging stations. But 1- do not switch off automatically when Not in use, it keeps draining itself fast. 2- when charging while in use to power my 30 watts TV , Tv on HDMI I LOSE THE SIGNAL TO THE TV THROUGH CHROMECAST FROM MY PHONE USING MY PHONE TO CASTE a video, and when I disconnect the charging power cable To stop charging the signal comes back?!! Technical problem when Ac charging . 3- Ac socket are upside down it should Be international ac power socket. 4- it should Give alarms with flashing when near 10% capacity and sends notifications to photos via Bluetooth. 5- being XT60 charging socket a short Cable should be included with Anderson’s common 50/100 Watts connection. The unit was at zero 0.00 % charge when I received it ??!!. Bluetooth is good feature. I have three of this brand. 10/12/2025
